When I was a new nurse I stupidly let a certification expire and got sent home until I could update it. If only I had this app back then to help keep me organized! CerTracker was founded by Shadrach Igwe, CEO, and Devin Patterson, BSN, RN, CEN, COO, who share a deep commitment to improving the lives of healthcare professionals through innovative technology solutions.

Shadrach Igwe has spent over 15 years in Healthcare Tech, including nearly a decade developing applications at Allscripts (now Veradigm). With a passion for addressing the real challenges healthcare workers face, Shadrach is dedicated to creating tools that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare professionals. As an MBA student at Oneday, he continues to hone his business skills, blending technical expertise with a profound understanding of healthcare needs to drive CerTracker forward.

Devin Patterson BSN, RN, CEN brings invaluable experience as an ER nurse and healthcare leader. Her personal journey took a challenging turn in 2022 with a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, motivating her to find more efficient ways to navigate life’s complexities. This experience deepened her commitment to CerTracker’s mission of supporting healthcare professionals. Recently, Devin showcased her outstanding work as COO by securing second place at the Female Founders pitch night, highlighting her dedication and leadership in bringing CerTracker’s vision to life.
