      Yes! CerTracker Mobile is free for individual nurses and healthcare professionals to use. You can track, renew, and store your credentials and certifications without any cost. For organizations, we offer a range of paid plans to suit different needs.

                    Can I share my credentials directly from CerTracker?
                    Yes! CerTracker's digital wallet feature allows you to share your credentials, certifications, and CE credits easily with employers, licensing boards, or colleagues, making it a powerful tool for career mobility.
                      Will CerTracker remind me when my certifications are about to expire?
                      Yes! CerTracker automatically sends you reminders before your credentials expire, so you'll have plenty of time to renew and stay compliant.

                        Can I pay for an individual course?
                        Yes, if you only need to complete a single continuing education (CE) course, you can pay for it individually without needing a full subscription.
                          What types of courses does CerTracker offer?
                          We offer a variety of nursing-related courses, including compliance training, skill refreshers, and continuing education credits. Check out our “Courses” tab for the full list.
                            How do I enroll in a course?
                            Go to the “Courses” section, choose a course that interests you, and select “Enroll.” You'll receive a confirmation email with details, and your course will appear in your “My Courses” dashboard.

                              Accounts Billing

                              How do I purchase a team plan?
                              You can purchase a team license for 10 or more team members through our Join page. Choose between monthly or yearly billing options to fit your organization's needs. Team plans are customizable, and you can scale as your team grows.
                                How do team accounts work?
                                Your primary account is designated as the account manager. As the account manager, you have the ability to:
                                • Issue licenses for team members' access.
                                • Reassign licenses to new employees as needed throughout the year.
                                • View team usage statistics to monitor engagement and compliance.
                                Team licenses are assigned based on unique employee email addresses, ensuring each team member has individual access, while maintaining centralized control and oversight.
                                Do you offer a free trial?
                                Yes, we offer a free trial for our premium plans so you can experience all the features CerTracker has to offer before committing.
                                  What is your refund policy?
                                  We are glad that you decided to try us out! If you are not happy with the service (for any reason), please contact support@certracker.com to request a full refund.
                                  • Individual Subscriptions: Refunds are available for the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days to request a refund for monthly subscriptions, or 30 days to request a refund for annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for upgrades or renewals unless the request is made within 24 hours of payment.
                                  • Team Subscriptions: Refunds are available for the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days to request a refund for monthly or annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for unused team seats.
                                  Can I pay for an individual course?
