How do team accounts work?Your primary account is designated as the account manager. As the account manager, you have the ability to:
- Issue licenses for team members' access.
- Reassign licenses to new employees as needed throughout the year.
- View team usage statistics to monitor engagement and compliance.
Team licenses are assigned based on unique employee email addresses, ensuring each team member has individual access, while maintaining centralized control and oversight.
Do you offer a free trial?Yes, we offer a free trial for our premium plans so you can experience all the features CerTracker has to offer before committing.
What is your refund policy?We are glad that you decided to try us out! If you are not happy with the service (for any reason), please contact support@certracker.com to request a full refund.
- Individual Subscriptions: Refunds are available for the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days to request a refund for monthly subscriptions, or 30 days to request a refund for annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for upgrades or renewals unless the request is made within 24 hours of payment.
- Team Subscriptions: Refunds are available for the initial subscription period only. You have 10 days to request a refund for monthly or annual subscriptions. Refunds are not available for unused team seats.
Can I pay for an individual course?Yes, if you only need to complete a single continuing education (CE) course, you can pay for it individually without needing a full subscription.
